Do I have to wash my hair before my appointment?


No, we prefer you not to. We use high-grade professional cleaning agents to give you a silky smooth finish after the wash.




For weave extensions, did I need to bring my own hair?


No, we have hair in stock but reserve products for clients who place a deposit. We prefer using our own high-quality hair which is hand selected based on your hair type and budget.




How long do your hair extensions last?


Our standard, non-premium extensions last two and a half to three months but this always depends on the health and integrity of your hair. Our premium offerings last up to 6 months with regular maintenance. We recommend you maintain a maintenance schedule with us to preserve the longevity of your extensions.




What type of extensions should I get?


Place an appointment for a FREE Consultation here. This answer depends on the health and integrity of your hair, your daily activities, your dietary habits, and other important factors. We will select the hair that fits your lifestyle the best.




I have extensions, do you remove extensions before installations?


This requires more time which may affect the price. We ask that you make a note at the time of booking and/or call ahead to ensure we have the availability.




Do I need to bring my own products?


No, we just want you to bring your smiling face. The only time we need you to do something before an appointment is if you are getting a vibrant hair color, we recommend you wash your hair of all grease and oils 48 hours prior to your appointment.




What time do you take the last appointment?


We will take clients as late as 6:30 pm EST on most business days for extension silk press maintenance or wash and styling services. For more extensive services (color, installations, etc.), we would need a 3 hour lead-in time. This requires you to make an appointment online here.

You may reschedule by phone or through our website (www.foreverdiaz.com). To cancel an appointment, please call or email us (contactus@foreverdiaz.com) within 24 hours. Multiple cancellations within 24 hours will cause mandatory deposits for future bookings.
